This strategy creates an environment in which the prospective buyer can imagine himself/herself living from the moment they open the door.

Home Staging packages include furniture, accessory, art and greenery rental, staging designer time, moving into and out of a property, bi-weekly maintenance as well as twelve digital photos.

Designer furnishings, artwork and accessories utilized for Home Staging are for sale via Voila Design. Offering your prospective buyer a turnkey move in has never been easier!

Home Staging proposals are offered as a complimentary service to our esteemed clientele.

Contracts are based on a three-month rental. Special requests can be made for flexible rentals.

Home Staging fees are based on size and scope of project.
